Our team

The Hatfield Practice | Our Team

Our professional team approach to patient care has enabled us to treat thousands of local people successfully.  The Hatfield Practice has been in healthcare for over 30 years and our experience in practice has helped develop ideas and treatments that work. We think the first thing you will notice when you arrive at The Hatfield Practice is a genuine and friendly atmosphere.

The heart of everything we do today

Getting you back on track quickly is very important to us. A satisfied patient is at the heart of everything we do today. Our client reviews and patient feedback suggest that our individual team approach works. Most of our patients come to us on the recommendation from friends or their Gp.  Treatments will reduce your pain as fast and efficiently as possible.

our team at the Welwyn and Hatfield Practice

We only recruit the best. All our clinical staff must have proven experience in private healthcare and pass a multi-stage interview process. Our recruitment includes an in-depth clinical assessment with our senior clinical team.

Feeling better

Helping you feel better quickly and effectively is what we are told we do best. In all, we feel that two heads are always better than one. Therefore any complex patients (non-resolving / complex problems) are often treated by two or more specialists happy. Our ethos is, don’t just treat your patients but aim to get to the root of the problem, encourage and rehabilitate. We have always worked this way. Simply because it works better and we all feel happier.

Our aim is to provide you with a friendly efficient and effective solution every time.

Considerable improvement

A recent audit showed that over 97 % of our patients showed a considerable improvement after one – three visits here. You will leave our Practice feeling better, with a good working diagnosis ( i:e what the problem is ) and a clear idea of how long it will take to get better. Most importantly a good understanding of why the problem happened in the first place. Treatments are backed up with good quality educational advice so that the injury is not repeated all over again. Every patient is individually assessed, treated, advised and educated.

We have been told on many occasions that the reason why people return to The Welwyn and Hatfield Practice is because we:

  • Always give high quality, professional individual attention.
  • We genuinely care about our patients.
  • Great prices and a genuine friendly atmosphere.
  • We always go that extra mile
