Daisy Glasson Brilliant at Sports massage

 

Daisy’s  expertise  is in deep soft tissue and sports Massage , specialising in her own style of  pain busting  trigger point massage  and MET  (muscle energy technique) treatments like these can be really effective with acute and chronic pain. 

Daisy also has her own unique style of combining hot stone massage with deep soft  tissue –  fascial work ; you will simply feel amazing. As with all the practitioners at the Welwyn and Hatfield Practice we have the ability to cross refer our problematic patients . This ensures the best outcome for you. 

 Daisy is a student at the Mc Timoney College of Chiropractic, she is  studying for her Masters which takes five years hard work ! and equivalent to the time spent becoming a Doctor or Dentist. 

 Daisy has completed an Intensive ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic massage in 2008. She has furthered her studies by attending courses  on Deep soft tissue, sports and pregnancy massage. 

After  this course, she aims to incorporate myo fascial massage and deep tissue work with the Chiropractic Msc. to give a unique  well rounded treatment with lasting effects and permanent benefits. 

She really enjoys treating patients with specific symptoms such as trapped nerves  and sciatica. The symptoms include   pains down the legs, across the lumbar spine ( low back)and the glutes ( buttocks), Daisy’s treatments  are very effective often resulting in a good reduction of these signs and symptoms. As well massage, she also works with patients who want a more relaxing, stress-relieving massage, including Swedish massage, Pregnancy massage and Hot Stones massage. Daisy is also a keen knowledgeable horse rider owning her own horse and riding for over ten years.
